Berlin: Open Innovation and Entrepreneurs
Students of the MA Business Psychology at Media University Berlin visited ZF, one of the biggest automotive suppliers and leaders in the field of driveline and chassis technology, to conclude their Innovation and Entrepreneurship module.
Thomas Reichelt of the Sales team showed Prof. Dr. Henning Breuer and his students the many different facets of innovation culture at ZF. Idea competitions, a think tank in Friedrichshafen, flat hierarchies, informal interaction and constructive feedback between members of staff, as well as responsible HR policies are all part of corporate culture at ZF. Numerous measures contribute to the company’s continuous innovation leadership on the global market in the age of electric mobility.
Throughout the Innovation and Entrepreneurship course, illustrious visitors have been invited by Prof. Dr. Breuer to talk at sessions: Manuel Noya Mariño, co-founder of the startup Linknovate in Palo Alto, gave insights into the Silicon Valley start-up scene, Dr. Martin Hewing, Senior Project Manager at Etventure, gave an insight into the consulting business for companies operating globally. We thank our guests and their organisations for their time and the open exchange with our students!
