On the occasion of the upcoming company anniversary of DEUTZ AG, the company invited Media University students to develop a communication concept as part of a practical module. The cooperation partner was enthusiastic about the final presentations and ideas.

The engine manufacturer DEUTZ AG will soon celebrate its 160th anniversary. To mark this impressive company anniversary, the company invited Media University lecturer Patrik von Glasow to work with his students on a B.A. Journalismus und Unternehmenskommunikation (B.A. Journalism and Corporate Communication, German only) on a cooperative project: the task was to develop a holistic communication concept for the company’s anniversary, from the strategic orientation and the communicative central idea to concrete measures. The briefing for the conceptual design took place at the beginning of the summer semester of 2023. At the end of the lecture period, the final presentations were held on site at the engine manufacturer’s premises in Cologne. The students‘ results were very well received by those in charge:
The Media University Cologne’s Career Service has been sent a student trainee position to be advertised among Media University students.
