Design Talk: SHIFT_

The Department of Design (Bachelor & Master) at the Frankfurt Campus once again invited to the Design Talk with experts. This time the guests were Katja Lis and Peter Post.

Master's students from the "M.A. Communication Design and Creative Strategies" program were also actively involved in the Design Talk. They opened the talk with a presentation on "Placemaking - Redeveloping Urban Spaces". Katja Lis then spoke about equality and diversity in the creative industry. Under the title "Female Leadership in Agencies" she illustrated the importance of more conscious language in job descriptions and team compositions. Peter Post rounded off the afternoon with a presentation on "Circular Experience Design". He explained the importance of UX and service design and presented a design sprint for circular services and the Circular Experience Library, an open source library with free UX design patterns for the circular economy. The final get-together created an exchange between the participants and stimulated exciting discussions.

We thank Katja Lis and Peter Post for their visit and the Design Department for their organization.
