Psychology as a science has now conquered almost all areas of life. Within the numerous disciplines, human behaviour is no longer only described in terms of health issues, but also in the context of work, business or media consumption, for example.

Psychology has been experiencing a real boom in recent years – many companies have recognised that psychological know-how is essential for a lively management culture and the economic success of a company.
As a result, the demand for corresponding training programmes is increasing rapidly. Professional associations criticise the fact that many training centres rely on non-specialist staff to meet this demand.
